We try to be available whenever you need us. To help us provide the fastest response, here are a few guidelines we use for booking appointments:

On a Monday, our phone lines open at 8am and close at 9pm Appointments on a Monday are generally reserved for emergency problems, however this is not always the case and Monday appointments are available on request.

On all other days, the phone lines open at 9am and close at 9pm

We try to be as flexible as possible so we’re happy to provide appointments during the day and on selected evenings.

To improve our commitment to you, when you call us we will give you a choice of times – all you need to do is pick the one that’s most appropriate.
We work when you don’t !

Our engineers carry portable card terminals or payment can be made over the phone with a member of staff in the Inclucity Office.

In some circumstances, payment can be accepted by a guaranteed cheque. Please ask us for further details.

Our customers only pay the same amount as a landline call to an 01 or an 02 number.

And the price is the same for calls from mobiles.

03 numbers are non-geographic, giving your business a valuable UK-wide presence. They work in the same way as 08 numbers, but with one big, and customer-tempting, difference: the cost of calling them.

Ofcom, the telecommunications regulator introduced 03 numbers so that consumers could have “confidence in the cost of their calls”.

From March 1st, most computers that have “automatic updates” turned on will show a special selection screen that asks the user to select an internet browser.
