Mr and Mrs Harnby are a couple in their fifties and live in Middlesbrough. They have 2 grown up children and 5 grandchildren who live in different parts of the country.

They had owned a computer for a few years after being told they needed one by the children. The thing is, they weren’t that confident in using it but deep down the couple knew that they should be.

The team at Inclucity gave Mr and Mrs Harnby the confidence to start using their computer for more than playing card games!
