Welcome to Tabbytek

Whether you are a home user with just 1 PC or a business user with 20 networked computer systems - we can help reduce the cost and the headaches of keeping it all running smoothly.

At Tabbytek we're only to aware that our clients have very different levels of experience with computers. We try hard to deliver a personalised service, so if you're nervous and know nothing about computers then don't be afraid to say so!

Whatever your level of skill the more we know about you then the more we can help. Whatever your requirements, we won't charge over the top fees and we won't sell you things you don't need!

Our pricing structure is simple, and our quotes are based on what the service costs to provide, and not just on how much profit we think we can make from a customer!

In short, we respect our customers and we value our reputation!

Tabbytek was established in 2003 and quickly developed a reputation for excellent service and reliability. In 2005 we became a Limited Company, and February 2006 saw the opening of our first retail office, in a busy Sheffield suburb.

Like most industries, there are many different ways for a company to operate. We pride ourselves on presenting a professional image and providing a quality service to match it. The majority of our customers find out about us through personal reccomendations. To the outsider, the world of computers can be confusing and expensive.

People's experiences vary, but it's a bit like getting your car serviced. Just because you know how to drive doesn't mean you have to know what's under the bonnet. That's what we are here for. However trust is very important - believe us when we say we've heard all the horror stories and seen the results when customers are ripped off by less than reputable companies. We do things differently - but then that's what you expect to read here anyway!

We talk to our customers. It may sound strange but so many of our clients tell us how much they appreciate not being confused with technical geek speak.

We always try to make sure that we explain what's happening and why!  When you need a helping hand with your computer and technology services, we are the people to ask.

We recognise that different customers need different approaches.  We tailor our advice accordingly.

We don't use complicated geek-speak and we won't sell you stuff you don't need!
