( 03 numbers are like 01 and 02 numbers - details here )
We generally have 2 types of client.
Small businesses tend to need support during the day, and home users usually
need our help during the evening.
We aim to provide a service whenever the client needs
it, so we'll always do our best to be there for you at the most convenient time.
Most of our domestic customers are looking for help with computer-related
problems.
They be worried about internet security, the performance of their computer or
could just do with someone helpful to answer a list of questions.
We have plenty of patience, so if you "know nothing about computers" then don't
worry - we've heard it all before and there's no such thing as a stupid
question.
Our typical business customers have between 1 and 100 employees. Managing the
technology needs of a modern business is a challenge - particularly when you
feel that your efforts are best employed running the business in the first
place.
If you feel that you're spending too much time keeping on top of the techie
stuff, then talk to us. Once we've had chance to take a look at your workload we
can nearly always suggest some ways of making the load lighter.
At Inclucity we're only to aware that our clients have very different levels of
experience with computers.
We try hard to deliver a personalised service, so if you're nervous and know nothing about computers then don't be afraid to say so!
A real example..

Mr and Mrs Harnby are a couple in their fifties and live in
Middlesbrough. They have 2 grown up children and 5 grandchildren who
live in different parts of the country.
They had owned a computer for a few years after being told they needed
one by the children. The thing is, they weren’t that confident in using
it but deep down the couple knew that they should be.
The team at Inclucity gave Mr and Mrs Harnby the confidence to start
using their computer for more than playing card games!
It didn’t take very long, and it didn’t cost very much either. All they
really needed was someone to point them in the right direction. It’s
amazing what a couple of home visits and a few chats on the phone can
do.
Now that they’ve ordered the shopping from Tesco and found a good local
gardening service they’ve got some spare time to send emails to the kids
and maybe even book those holiday flights.
(okay, so the people are real and the story is true, but to save embarrassment we didn't use a real picture of them..!)
