Our Opening Times
We try to be available whenever you need us. To help us provide the fastest response, here are a few guidelines we use for booking appointments:
On a Monday, our phone lines open at 8am and close at 9pm Appointments on a Monday are generally reserved for emergency problems, however this is not always the case and Monday appointments are available on request.
On all other days, the phone lines open at 9am and close at 9pm
We try to be as flexible as possible so we're happy to provide appointments during the day and on selected evenings.
To improve our commitment to you, when you call us we will give you a choice
of times - all you need to do is pick the one that's most appropriate.
