Warranty Information

 

We service what we sell. If something goes wrong with an item Inclucity has sold, we will endeavour to correct the problem as soon as possible.

If the item is new it will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty in addition to any other agreement between Inclucity and the customer

 

2nd user systems obviously can't carry the same manufacturers warranty as new equipment.


However we only make carefully selected equipment available to our customers so we can be confident that all of our systems will give you reliable service.

All 2nd user systems are covered by a 6 month warranty.

Broadband Voucher Promotion

 

These Rules apply to the Inclucity Broadband Voucher Promotion to be held between 18/01/10 and ending on 14/02/10.


1. A gift voucher will be awarded to any Inclucity Customer who refers a 3rd party that orders the standard 8mb broadband package.


2. The new customer must mention the name of their referring customer at the time of ordering. This cannot be added afterwards and cannot be altered.

 

3. There is no limit to the number of referrals each Inclucity Customer can make.

 

4. New Customers must place their order before February 14th to qualify for the special half price promotion.

 

5. Inclucity reserves the right to withdraw the voucher promotion at any time.

 

6. LovetoShop vouchers will be posted to qualifying customers within 28 days of order.

 

7. Amazon vouchers will be sent by email within 28 days of ordering. Inclucity take no responsibility for incorrect email addresses.

 

8. Inclucity reserve the right to substitute the named vouchers for other similar brands.

 

9.Vouchers will not be awarded if the New Customer cancels their broadband order within 14 days.

 

10. Vouchers will not be awarded if the New Customer fails any part of the Credit Check, or refuses any part of the services offered.

 

11. No cash alternative is available to the vouchers.

12. By participating, all voucher recipients grant Inclucity exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

13.  Inclucity has the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the promotion at any time.

Payment Terms


Other than in exceptional circumstances, we are no longer able to accept payment by cheque.

Payment may be made by cash, credit/debit card, PayPal, or by telephone or internet banking (BACS).

When you joined us we set you up with a credit account with payment term dates.

Payment must be made within the terms specified on each invoice.

From September 2009 if cleared payment is not received within this time we will add a £12 late payment charge to your account.
